DOL and USCIS Processing Times and Status Updates


Whenever you file an application, be it a visa, labor certification or adjustment application, a processing date will be assigned to your application. Request from your lawyer your assigned processing date and use the sites below to determine which dates are currently processed by the responsible agencies. This will give you some ideas about when your application should be processed and how to plan the next steps ahead of time, but not too early.
